I made several presentations to conservative audiences during my run for Governor of Connecticut, the Constitution State in 2022. The objective was to provide a new strategy message for the taxpayers to reduce the size of Government. There appeared to be a consensus from a number of attendees that the GOP and State Central did not have a message that resonate with its base of Republican voters in the Statewide 2022 elections nor certainly it did not garner any support from the unaffiliated voter segment.
It is clear that the GOP has been off course from concerns of the CT taxpayers and is not garnering support from its constituents. Where did they go wrong or more accurately, have they not gone "right" for so long in doing the same thing, the same way with the same people?
I am continuing to strategize tactics to meet platform objectives and strategy acumen that will be needed to support the "We the People's" voice and constitutional rights.
What I stand for:
- Constitutional Protections
- Ending Administrative and Governmental Overreach
- Solutions for "Kitchen Table" issues: Jobs, taxes, and inflation
- School Choice/Homeschooling
- Eliminate CT Department of Education/DEI cannot be permitted to replace historical curricula
- Reinvest in Cyber Security
- Reestablish legal Immigration and sanctuary cities' guardrails
- Resurgence of the family unit to protect our youth and parental authority
- Instituting judicial solutions for juvenile crime, harrassment and bullying must be enforced by BOE's.
- Gender participation protection for women's sports
- Abortion is codified by Connecticut Statute. However, I am Pro-life with consideration for exception to rape, the health of the mother or incest (particularly of a minor). Also, parental notification for minors seeking an abortion must be required.
